"I have been using Lincoln Rx for many years and am very happy with them. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They also handle my mother's prescriptions, and we have signed up to have them automatically refilled and delivered to her. This has been a great service and has saved me time and has saved her the worry. I would highly recommend using them."

"I do not recommend. I sought out a facility for Covid vaccines for my 3 young children ages 19 months, 3 y.o., and 9 y.o. I called ahead of time and came in the same day. The staff wasn’t in anyway rude or anything, but they were not the friendliest. But that’s totally ok! What caused this experience to tank for me was the open door for meditation errors. I filled out all the paperwork and got my vaccine ahead of my children who were in the car(with an adult). I took a moment and read all the labels that they attached on my vaxx info sheet to make sure they had my kids correct DOB, because they all require something different. When I brought my children inside, the woman who drew up the dosages and did the administering had all their syringes in ONE small bin WITH NO LABELS on the syringe. She began administering without asking to verify name and date of birth prior to. It appeared to me that she was eyeballing the quantity in each syringe and pairing it with a specific child. That is NOT how you safely administer medication! The first “right” of “The rights of medication administration” is, right patient. It’s not just for the administer to know they have the right patient, but for the patient to also know that you know who they are. I don’t know what her qualifications are, but anyone qualified to inject a needle in someone and administer a med knows that. Everyone is human and that’s why “the rights of medication” exists. It is so that no error will be made. I regret not speaking up and advocating for my children. I can’t believe I stayed quiet through that process. If you do go to Lincoln RX Pharmacy, make sure you’re watching and always advocates for yourself and loved-ones no matter where you go. All in all, this caused me to take away all the stars!!"

"This is the best pharmacy in the Detroit Metro area for a number of reasons. They always have my prescriptions in stock. I feel my information is safe, secure and confidential. The pharmacists are professional and knowledgeable; yet personable. The store is conveniently located, ample parking, safe, clean and hours of operation with customers in mind. I pray that this wonderful pharmacy will continue to provide such great service and not be forced out of business by the big, greedy, government type institutions like CVS. I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone, even if you have to drive a ways from home to get there."

"The pharmacy staff is always friendly, helpful, and competent! My last experience, I had called in the morning about a problem getting a new prescription from my doctor. The associate on the phone was very helpful and understanding and was able to get a new prescription from my doctor’s office and I was able to pick it up shortly thereafter. Easy breezy!"
