"All the people that work here are nice enough, which is refreshing compared to the weasel at Wild Bills. There's only one kid who is nice but clueless. My only issue is that they never have what I need. This is a fairly recent problem. If you sell a device then it makes sense to stock the refills for it."
"I can't believe a shop with a dedicated humidor for cigars would allow employees to light incense in the building. I've been lucky to get a couple of good cigars here with a few boxes that had just arrived, but anything that's been sitting in the humidor falls flat. No notes, no flavor, just smoke. I stopped going for about 6 months, just went in again last week and actually noted mold inside of the PVC pipes that they are using to acclimate the room. I'll give two stars for friendly employees, but the humidor is a real shame."
"Rock Hunting flashlight needed batteries. Called every stone shop, hardware, freight and super store in town with no luck. Sweet Water had the battery charger I needed! Who knew?! Service was great! Really friendly."
