"I was trying to call the pharmacy because they messed up my script and gave me the wrong dose and to inquire about a script that was supposed to be filled days ago. They put me on hold for 10 mins and then hung up on me. They also have all of my information wrong even though I've filled something out to correct it once before. After 10+ years of having my scripts filled at the Petoskey Meijer Pharmacy, I'm ready to bring my business to another pharmacy."

"Out of town health issue. Husband got a prescription called in for his eye only to find out that it could not be filled for days later. When we tried to call the pharmacy to cancel the prescription, we we placed on an extive hold for over 40 minutes. Issue was not resolved by phone."
