"Never had a problem with this location until today. There was a black lady with a strong accent who was very rude to me through the drive thru. She told me to come inside because I wasn’t doing anything right. Then proceed to give me the wrong amount on my check. I have tried calling but no one in specific answers very disappointed in my care from that lady today"
"I would like to commend Lizette, the manager at the Troy Branch, for her outstanding kindness and treatment of me on Friday, February 24th. She never showed any signs of distress while dealing with me, a very angry member. I don't know how she managed to be so kind and helpful to me.
