"Big mistake dealing with this bank I have good business and good credit and I put down as collateral my car worth of $12700 for a loan because I wanted to buy a used van for $12000 and they denied it. I asked if I can be approved even for $100 so it won’t show on my credit as a denied loan but probably you need half million dollars as collateral."

I don't know the correct term for it but the rules for use (check cashing, withdrawals, overdrafts, etc.) favor the customer and are easy and they are much easier than other banks for sure and the other CU that I have used.
