"I would like to start by saying that the majority of the time when you are looking for a good collision shop you are already in a dificult situation. Mark and Pat made my extremely difficult time alot easier for me and my family by being honest and compassionate. Although my car is nearly totalled and he could have made alot of money off of me he was understanding of my situation and instead gave me good advice. Not only did they let me keep my car there for 2 weeks with no fee for storage, Pat took her time to find me the cheapest price on a tow truck and told me to take my time.
