"I was in an accident in mid-July, I contacted a bunch of local collision shops and even by the end of August none of them responded to me. However a few weeks ago, I pulled into Gerber, and explained my situation. (extra thanks for Natalie, who was probably more frustrated for me than I was for myself) They were able to get me an estimate within the day, and an appointment by the end of the week. It was obvious that Dan was also dedicated to excellence and was great with communication throughout the repairs. The team also went the extra time to give the car a thorough cleaning, which was the equivalent of a detail.
