"Poor communication and customer service. Dropped my vehicle off with minor damage. This shop kept my vehicle for two weeks without performing any sort of work on it because they were still waiting on some parts. I paid two weeks for a rental car when I could have been driving my own car. They did not reach out to me at all and state that they were waiting on parts. If I did not call them two weeks after I dropped my vehicle off to check on my vehicle’s status, my vehicle may still just be standing at their shop for no reason. Very unprofessional communication! I ended up going to a different body shop to get my vehicle fixed."
