"First place to call home after moving out of my parents. They raised the rent every month. Paid extra a month on a lot for stupid stuff like direct or checking problems when we didn’t even change anything. They switched apps multi times causing over pay. The quality inside looks amazing but once you live here you see how cheap it is. Our floors got warped in two areas, our roof leaked in the living room from our shower upstairs. Definitely shouldn’t be paying this much for rent. Started at 1,400 to get you in then raise it every year. Kids play where all the cars are parked. Causing destruction to property, it’s happened to about 7 people on my street. Including our car twice. Nowhere else for them to play. The little bit of Grass is full of dog poop. Renter beware, looks nice but isn’t just cheap and overpriced"

"I love this place! I've lived here over a year now and have had nothing but a great experience. Move in was seamless, my apt was spotless and management has always been great. The maintenance team is excellent and the online portal makes it easy to get request handled quickly. Neighbors are quiet and everyone here respects one another. Would recommend to anyone. 10/10"

"We were the first tenants to move into this unit back in December of 2021. Upon move in everything looked nice and new. The rent prices reflected that perceived quality. Fast forward 10 months and the whole first floor flooring needed to be replaced after a very poor original install. After they finally set up a date to install a new floor, it could not have gone worse. The flooring replacement installation for our unit is an absolute mess. As shown in the attached pictures, the baseboard is completely chewed up and the drywall is beat up along the bottom. The picture is just one area but EVERY part of the baseboard is a mess. On top of that, the entire first floor of the apartment is COVERED in sawdust. We walked in with nails all over the floor and garbage left from the workers. This is completely unacceptable. Not to mention this is a Friday and NOTHING WILL BE DONE until at least Monday if you even respond to this email at all. In the mean time I have to take my Friday night to put my apartment back together from the mess YOU MADE and put all my furniture back because YOU installed the flooring poorly in the first place. I expect to hear from management about this issue and a form of restitution offered."

"I really enjoy this living place! The layout is very nice and up to date. The managers are very attentive and are clearly doing their best! My only pointers would be to add more parking in between the apartments and the walls are pretty thin so you can hear what’s going on next door which is slightly annoying."
