"Disgusting and dirty just like the fat old lady that works there , It’s crazy how they still have her here, but she soon will be gone like the rest. She’s a know it all but don’t know even know how to spell, was charged for fraud and they still allow her to stay taking advantage of the old man,But one person in there is ready to rock them all and they won’t have a chance to beg anymore ,he knows all!!!!!! But the the hidden cameras really caught my eyes and the things I heard and seen YA IN TROUBLE"
"This place is a joke!!!!!! The management is horrible and very unprofessional. The condition of the apartment are un livable, there is roaches and some kind of warms that appear from time to time because the units are so old and molded. They don't change the carpet after certain time like they are apposed to hence you will be living in the previous owners germs and filth when you live in. The walls are not painted fresh after the previous owner and the maintenance don't even come fix any issues. The appliances don't work half the time even after they replace it. The outside of the apartment and lake is a disaster, it's like a dump!!!!!!!!!! Horrible place, just run!!!!!"
"Horrible place to live, 1st six months living here I didn't have a refrigerator....called office multiple times to replace the broken one. faucet pipes are broken and still haven't been fixed, cockroaches have infested the whole building, they gave notice to every of looking into it but never has anybody come to check it out. Last 4 years I have had issues with heat and I would call for maintenance, they would show up and "fix" the issue but I end up calling 5 to 6 times daily, maintenance doesn't know what they are doing. Overall the worst place to live, the streets are a better place to live"
"I completely agree with suing these apartments. Where do I have to sing? We all have to unite. Laundry never works but anyway yes the machine take your money. While you are renting, there is no maintenance. For your safety DON'T RENT HERE. Look for a better place"
