Maria and Michelle in the office are incredibly helpful, while Todd and Jeremy go above and beyond to assist with any needs, ensuring that maintenance requests are promptly addressed, often within a day. Even the gardening lady contributes to the helpful atmosphere. The added bonus of free flower plants to enhance your entry's beauty is a lovely touch. Throughout my stay, I've encountered no major issues with the property, but any concerns that did arise were swiftly resolved, even during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Without a doubt, this is one of the finest and most well-maintained apartment complexes I've had the pleasure of residing in within Michigan."

"I'm getting ready to start my 21st year of living here at WLA. The management and staff is the best. It is a great community to call home, quiet, safe and well maintained. Local things are only a few miles away. One of my favorite things here is being able to landscape the front of our building, for all the neighbors to enjoy, while we are living in this great complex. "This is by far the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in. The management and staff take pride in the community and their work—and it shows. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. When it snows the walkways are cleared and salted right away, up to the doorstep. My apartment was toward the back of the community so was farther away from M-59. It was a second floor apartment with private entrance and assigned covered parking spot. The apartment had vaulted ceilings in every room and lots of light from windows on the front and back. A lovely tree was right outside my second bedroom window. It was a great spot. I had wonderful neighbors, it was quiet and safe. The few minor maintenance issues were resolved in a timely fashion. Leasing, re-leasing and move-in/move-out were all very smooth, straightforward and fair. You can’t ask for better than that. I lived here for two years and I’d highly recommend."
