"Just wanted to say this is the best team, Alicia our Property Manager and Josh our Maintenance Manager. I have lived here for going on 6 years and Alicia has been handling all of my concerns. Josh is very knowledgeable I would compare his skill to Henery and he was very good! Alicia is hands down the best Manager this place has had! One of the reasons we renewed our lease. Thank you for this hire I think this is the best team yet!!!"
"I have lived in a lot of rental properties in my many years on this planet and I can honestly say Foxcroft is my favorite of all! I love my home and the quiet area I am in. But the thing that makes living here especially nice is the people that work here! Alicia has been a pleasure to work with from the very first meeting. She is so friendly and professional. I have dreaded times in past rentals that I dreaded calling the leasing office. Not here! And I have had a need for maintenance for several issues and I cannot say enough good things about Josh. He is always very respectful and professional. And he is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile! I am very grateful I found a place I am HAPPY to call home!"
"May 4th 2020 contacted leasing office to get removed from the lease. Police were over talking to my former violent roommate. They refused to remove me from the lease unless i took him to court....during 2020 courts the were on lockdown and was impossible. October 2020 i get a call we changed the locked an evicted you. Besides 1 phone call they never gave me any warning or even attempted. My former roommate left balance of 2700 and foxcroft wants me to pay a bill of 8400. I highly recommend looking anywhere else."
"Customer service is way more than expected...Karly in the leasing office is very nice and down to earth. She helped me get everything situated and moved in fast. By far the nicest apartment staff member I have had the pleasure of meeting. My condo is nice, with hardwood floors and newer appliances. Neighbors linked to me are fairly quiet and so far no parties or loud noises. Definitely a change from the typical apartment style living. Would definitely recommend !!"
