Town Center Villas

"The application process with Town center villas was very smooth. Carrie was very well organized with relaying important information and requirements for their luxury townhomes. She was very patient with me and maintained consistent and professional communication throughout the whole process. I also want to note that when Carrie was unavailable Maria didn’t hesitate to pass on the message to make sure Carrie got back with me in a timely fashion. During the Tour, i didn’t hear a peep from the neighbors, which tells me that these townhomes were built with unit to unit noise reduction in mind. *Huge thumbs up for that!* The units are beautiful and spacious, the area is quiet and there are many restaurants, shopping centers and convenience stores within reasonable traveling distance. I don’t object to anyone looking to make Town Center Villas their new home."

"I’ve only been living here a few months and I love my experience so far. Carrie in leasing was super friendly and informative. Maintenance is fast at resolving any problems. I love that we finally have our own parking a spot in your garage and in front and guest paring which is shared. The townhouses are extremely quiet you never hear your neighbors. Moving in was a breeze and Carrie made feeling out the paperwork and explaining the rules easy. My only complaint when we moved in was we had Rollie pollie “pill bug” problem they were coming in under the door I guess for moisture and dying but that was a quick fix with some bug spray. I’d definitely recommend moving here."

"Town center Villa is the absolute WORST and has the most unprofessional management. My experience with dealing with this town center was traumatizing, first and for most let’s start with how there’s no designated parking spot for your condo, everyone parks wherever they choose. Secondly, many times they arrive without permission. For example, the management will show up unannounced and then I find out, when I walk into my home which is very disturbing. Maria is the manager. All I can say about this woman, is that she is utterly disrespectful she shouldn’t be in that position because of her tone, her attitude, and the way she handles her job. It’s very unprofessional. I highly recommend you deal with another town center, stay far away from this place, and don’t look back!"

"I recently moved into my apartment at Town Center Villas and I cannot say enough great things! From the day I toured, the leasing agent, Carrie, was extremely helpful and friendly! She has answered all my questions and helped me through the application process as well. When I arrived for move in, my apartment was spotless! Very clean and looked brand new. Definitely recommend for a reasonable price and good location."
