"I just moved out after staying here for 5 quiet inexpensive years. Maintenance request were handled quickly, and I had only pleasant interactions with Lynda at the office. I would stay longer if I wasn't finally getting a house."

"They allow people to store bikes and shoes in the breezeways. Oh wait don’t forget the chairs where their contractors that do the grass sit in the breezeways and outside of people’s living room windows to smoke cigarettes in the middle of the night. Which is against the lease agreement. I called the leasing office about it because I’m concerned about my daughter’s safety coming home by herself to people sitting in the dark outside of her building and the constant smoke smell in her apartment and was advised they would send letters out. No letters were sent out. It’s always something."

"Not only has there been constant communication issues (Andrea is beyond snarky in emails) but now apparently they switched garbage companies and got rid of a lot of bins. There is more garbage laying out. How embarrassing to invite family over and there is just constant garbage blowing around. There have been issues with the showers. Too hot or too cold. I honestly could go on but I’m done. You raise the rent every year and it just gets worse. But that’s what a corporation does I guess. Raise rent and let everything fall apart. Trash."

"I noticed this past Saturday my carpet was wet for no apparent reason. I didn't spill anything so I don't know what was happening. It's wet by the utility door for the shower but when I opened it I didn't notice anything suspicious. That's why I'm assuming there's a broken pipe underneath. I got something out of my entry closet and I noticed there were mushrooms growing inside, the floor beneath the carpet was rotted, and mold was growing on the wall. It completely damaged some of my belongings to where I had to throw things out immediately because it had mold damage. I am irrate! The communication is terrible and they just don't care to take care of the apartments and update them. I used to have an earwig problem, snow came in through the windows during the winter, there was a creature living in my wall. Just not a good place to live."

"Water temp is so inconsistent, it’s either blazing hot or freezing. One of our showers could blow you away with the water pressure and the other can barely get shampoo out of your hair. Tons of bugs, geese everywhere. You can hear the people below you terribly. Cars all over that should have been towed with that tires or on jacks. Moved in thinking we would have a fitness center and indoor pool and come to find out neither have been open since Covid. Not the absolute biggest dump but definitely not the best."
