"If you or your family are looking for a safe environment to live, absolutely do not stay at this complex. The cops basically live here, multiple times a month the whole complex gets shut out by officers looking for suspects in the complex. The real reason I’m leaving this review though, is that my direct next door neighbor is a loud, partying, wild, drug addicted criminal. They throw parties, get in domestic altercations with different men over every night, has the cops called on them by multiple neighbors, and recently we had cops knocking on our door asking if we knew their location because they were on the look to arrest them. They were in jail for two whole months, the apartment office told us they would be evicted promptly, and then they let them move right back in no questions asked. My neighbors and I have small children and it truly makes me feel entirely unsafe being directly next door to someone like that. We couldn’t even play outside before because they’ve had broken glass bottles in their yard from fights the night before. I’ve contacted the office countless times about these incidents over the last few YEARS, they are always very nice and ACT concerned, but nothing is ever done or taken care of. The last thing they advised me was, “Theres nothing we can do, just call the cops if you feel unsafe.” I’m truly counting the days until I can move out of this place and finally move somewhere where my family and I feel safe."

"The management team was exceptional, always available, and willing to help with any concerns or issues. The maintenance staff was prompt and efficient in resolving any maintenance request Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living space. It was indeed a pleasure to live here!"

"Staff is GREAT. Any time we've had trouble the maintenance reply has been quick, quiet and easy. The walls are thin, yes. An abundance of GIANT house centipedes. I tolerated of the obnoxious barking dog. The 7 AM lawn mowing. But a Saturday morning and they workers had been BANGING on the side of the building since the sun rose. Workers smoking right in front our window, shouting, slamming. We had been loyal renters for years. Always on time. We ended our rent in May. They are charging us for June. Because at the END of May, they informed us they need the keys back. Good to know they don't change the locks. One star is too nice.. staff is fine but the company is so bad it would be offensive to trash to call them trash."

"This is one apartment I will really miss. Favorite apartment I've ever lived in. Office staff is always nice and helpful. Maintenance is great. They stay on top of things. People that live in the complex and work there stay there. That shows you they take care of things. Neighbors are really nice. I lived here 2 years. I never had 1 problem happen while I lived here. Great place to live."

"Lived here for almost 3 years now and the management & maintenance people are super sweet. BUT, the rent goes up every time we renew our lease yet nothing has been updated/ redone in our apartment. Our windows are coming up on the sides (some dont even close all the way), our floor droops down along the stairs causing uneven floor & baseboard. The paint job that was done before we moved in… horrendous, they covered every hole with JUST paint. Id like to say the apartment is okay for the price but looking at the new listings & seeing the prices I feel there is better choices than here. I believe that if the owner actually cared more (like the rest of the staff here) then this would be an okay place to stay. ALSO, cars are CONSTANTLY being broken into & even stolen, always seeing cops in here."
