Spring Hill Apartments

"Living here wasn't too terrible. It is more of, "you get what you pay for situation". If you mind your business, pay rent on time, and are nice to management, you're pretty much left alone. It was just disappointing when we lived there from 2021 till end of 2023 due to how long the clubhouse was under renovations. We only got to use it maybe twice before we moved out. It does look nice though and glad it finally opened. The buildings look like, over the decades it's been around, they just hasn't been well maintained over the years. From my understanding, there is new staffing with group five management.They're slowly working on updating the apartment complexes. They filled in the gigantic potholes that was left unaddressed, paved the roads to be smoother, redid the roof, and they've been slowly working on updating the inside of the complex. I will say it's hard to come across apartments nowadays that stay under that $1100 margin, so if you're able to look over stuff to save more money then this can be it for you. Eventually I imagine once more updates are done, the rent prices will continue to creep up to market rent, but that's literally everywhere at this point. There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer in the complex, and we did have frequent issues with our heater and air conditioning. It did feel like every seasonal change we had to keep calling maintenance to fix it. Otherwise you'll get an insanely high electric bill over the summer. So I suspect something about that hasn't been updated either just yet. That's really my only complaint; in addition, I felt like every other day there was ambulance and police officers arriving to the other buildings."

"We moved in September to wrong apartment and the Manager said they do try to make their guests happy. She kept her word. They gave us an apartment closer to the one we looked at. We are happy with the new apartment. We would like to thank the Manager Patricia, Marla and the maintenance crew for doing such a wonderful job to make the new apartment so nice! Thank you."

"I’ve been here all of 3 months and I must say it’s the Worse decision I’ve ever made I came here to give me and my children a better life every thing about these apartments are bad I move in and 3 days later roaches came out of nowhere my second bathroom tub is broken both bathroom toilet seats have came off. I’ve been having trouble opening and closing my windows since day one my neighbors across the hall from me constantly fight I’ve had a noise complaint on me for my kids being too loud LIKE THERE 8 and 2 WHAT DO YOU EXPECT! The garbage wasn’t picked up for weeks, and it was trash and garbage everywhere in the parking lot i’ve been waiting on a new refrigerator since I moved in and I was lied to and told I was getting a new one because the one that I have is very old and outdated. The motor went out. I’m currently trying to figure out how to get out of my lease and I have my lawyer looking over things for me. If you come across these apartments, take my word and the reviews serious don’t move here."

"Been here 10 months everything has been a nightmare. Leaving my lease early to get out of here. From the disgusting balconies, to smoke and litter box smelling entry ways that have been under construction for over six months, to daily killing spiders, to being able to hear every move my upstairs neighbor makes whom never sleeps this place has increased my anxiety to a level that is unhealthy. Never has the air filters been changed in my unit and the mosquitos will have you running into your house on top of bees living in the wood in my building and sometimes getting in my apartment. This place should be tore down tbh. There is not one good thing I can say about this whole complex."

"Old apartments, not taken care of very well over the years. You can hear every step you or your neighbors make on the creaky floors. Appliances were new, or like new. They renovated the hallways, that was a nice touch. However, the actual apartments were terrible, whoever they hired to redo the floors in mine just slapped some carpet on the wood and didn’t fix any of the wood that was broken or uneven underneath. You could place any furniture against the walls because the carpet wasn’t secured properly so the furniture would lean forward. Maintenance were very prompt with repairs, either came same day within the hour or next day depending on urgency of the request. Plenty of parking, not all of it covered but still a lot of space so you’re not fighting for any."
