"Been here only 2 weeks and already having issues. Management is very rude & refuses to be helpful. I made my landlord aware of certain issues and she consistently gives me attitude about it and even hung up on me!!! Ridiculous! We need new management who cares about their tenants. Im sure they dont live like this and we don’t want to either!!!"
"Terrible management, every single washer and dryer don't work and have not worked in months although " supposedly" parts have been ordered. The stoves are from like 1970 and only 2 burners are barely working.Tenants have rights and those are being ignored.Next stepIm contacting a lawyer!"
"Doesn't take a genius to figure out the management needs to be replaced. The siding needs a major wash. The mail box area can use a garbage can to help keep it clean. The hallways desperately need fresh paint. Absolutely no landscaping. Trash as well as children's toys and bicycles are out on the lawn, looks like your living in the Bronx. This complex is on a pond in a great community with a great deal to offer.They should be pulling in $1500 to $1700 a month on rent but they can't because of the poor management. Not only is it an eye sore to the tenants but worse to the community. This complex is adjacent to $250k ~ $350k homes. WAKE UP Shelby Township Council Members!"
"The landlord Suzanne is extremely rude and does not care about her job she should be terminated ASAP!! Dirty, outdated apartments the rent is on the cheaper side but i rather pay extra and have my complex clean."
"Maybe that's right the surface, it's not perfect, but this apartment is good for family. It's good for kids, the neighbors they are so kind. You never have trouble with no one in this apartment. Plus, you can have a cell phone number for the manager."
