"My friend lives there.They have very nice 1 and 2 bedroom apartments a pool and lots of parking. Maintenence is right on top of things. Shopping is very close. A great place to put down roots."

"I've been living here for 3 years now and I have had very little issues, staff is nice and greet me every time I pass them in the parking lot and the maintenance staff depending on the issue and time is usually there within 24 hours. my only issue is that most of the time that I need to go to the office they are usually closed. Feels like they are closed more then they are open"

"Maintenance is helpful. Management is decent if you can get past the fact that nobody cares about you here. You will always just be another number to the system. I will say most of the apartments around here operate like that though. If you enjoy connecting with people of all types of backgrounds then this place may surprise you! I have lived here for a few years and honestly I wouldn't give it more than three stars on its best day! Neighbors sometimes leave trash in halls."

"Renee in the office is one of the only good things about this place! Otherwise, very old (50+ years) buildings, they are falling apart.. literally. Sketchy when it is dark out here. Laundry is in the "basement" and some of the washers ruins clothes. The shower situation is bad as the water will scold you every minute, the maintenance guy who lives here told me this is normal here sadly. They give you very cheap blinds that fall off with a touch. They actually put in a new AC unit for me and an oven part which I appreciated. They do a lot of inspections and little repairs and I feel that they try to improve the property but honestly it needs a major fix up and it could be beautiful here. The front sign has been on the ground for the past month. There is other issues but those cover most of it. Just be careful, not in the safest area.."

"Park Place is a great place to live. I moved in on June 1st and I'm very happy living here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rent is very reasonable. The apartments are perfect size with lots of space. Very quiet and peaceful. Best decision I ever made. I would recommend Park Place to anyone looking for a apartment."
