"Me and my husband moved in here for 4 years in 1 bedroom. Whenever I have problem in the apartment the maintenance fixed it pretty quick. Me and my husband are in hunting house after 4 years here in apartment but it was not yet time. I meet Miss Liza the Manager who was helping us to moved in to the 2 bedrooms. Among the Managers here in Madison Park Apartments, she is the best! She personally checked the problems in the apartment soon as I informed here. I recommend this nice, quite and confortable place to those who are looking for an apartment to move in!"

"I’ve been here for 2 years now and I can tell you it’s outdated. The worst part is the living room AC unit that only cools the living room. My bedroom and bathroom are like a sauna in the summer and no additional AC units are allowed. Only fans. Not what you expect when you pay over $1k for a 1 bedroom. I had hundreds of yellow jackets I was catching on a daily basis when I first moved in. Would’ve been nice to be compensated for that. I got stung quite a bit, and even collected the dead ones for evidence. However, I enjoy the pool, the location, and the amount of space and my carport. With some updated flooring, counters, hardware, cabinetry, and paint… along with central AC this apartment would be amazing."

"Not having heat in the winter is unacceptable… Other tenants resorted to keeping their ovens turned on and open to stay warm… Unacceptable. The laundry room is always a mess… Seems like every other month we lose another machine! And the one dryer you are left with doesn’t dry!!! Prepare to spend a lot of money running multiple cycles per load… Or move somewhere better. Evictions left right and center!!! Not a stable place to call home."

"Nice place to live in. Not expensive compared to others. Maintenance is quick. Nice location. Only problem would be their rental and I would really be surprised if they ever do any background check. We had some real trouble with neighbors."
