"This place is a dive, bed bugs, inept management, poor communication. Filthy dirty. Lives threaten with knives, box cutters from other tenants. Should be named Skid row. Feces and urine in elevators. Getting out of here some how!!!!"

"My Grandmother lives here and for the most part tenants and workers are alright and I understand that it’s under new management now but the apartments could be so much better. Need way more laundry appliances on each floor so that tenants are not fighting over who is using the washer and dryers. The apartments need to be updated especially for the elderly like my grandmother to lessen the fall risk factor, apartment appliances need updating, more storage and updated bathrooms. The elderly absolutely need easier access to the showers. Please fix these issues!"

"They have had a continuous bed bug problem!! Causes our family lots of stress and poor living conditions for my mom. This has put our family members at risk as well. My mother has had infestations multiple times and is not able to see or clean very well. The staff member Paula is very helpful in obtaining referrals and resources for medical, etc for us. She is amazing! However, this bed bug problem is very serious and needs to be better. They state they do two checks a year and other places do 4. They only use a spray and other places use heat, spray and dogs. I hope to see this place up their standards for their tenants who are vulnerable at risk, and unable to advocate for themselves."
