"We had our son’s car towed there 18 months ago due to an unknown transmission like issue directed by another garage. Short version: after 8 plus months there and being told it was the next car in line.. we drove by and the car was physically damaged… roof/ windshield dented and broken.. the car had no damage when dropped off. Fast forward another 7 months… we finally get the car back, the inside is basically destroyed and the transmission although is drivable, still slips and the whole car shakes when driven. The car was there 15 months with little communication. When we went to move it bc it was just ridiculous, it was wrecked… so we had no choice to leave it for repairs. We obviously replaced the car in that time, but this is not how you run a business. Kid or not, as parents, we buy new cars and have even bought here. We will not be again. , There is zero excuse for this kind of service."
