"The office manager has a lot on her plate. So we try not to bother her with things like the downstairs neighbor constantly slamming his door or talking loud on his cellphone in the middle of the night or day. These apartments aren't soundproof and if you are looking for an apartment that's soundproof these aren't for you. I have spent monies on soundproofing our apartment so we can't hear the downstairs neighbor and it hardly works. If you don't like living off a busy street/intersection where traffic noises is constant, then this is not for you. However, Ford rd have a lot of shops, restaurants, banks etc. that are in walking distance or a bus ride away but that's only during the week. Didn't know the bus don't run on the weekend. So if you don't drive and need to go to the store or bank etc. on the weekend, there is no bus to take you."

"I had a great experience living in this complex over 25 years ago. I've since moved away from the area, but am relocating back to metro Detroit. My first call was to Denise at Dearborn Club. She was incredibly personable and helpful with my unique situation. In my opinion, Denise went above and beyond to accommodate me and answered all of my questions. I anticipate that I will enjoy living there now, as much as I did back in the day!"

"The 1 star rating isn't exactly for the office though I think the non confrontational attitude isn't a good fit for the position... It's the lack of policy, we'll the lack of following policy throughout the management including corporate. My windows has clips to hold them in place. Almost all are broken. They know this. They never got replaced.  They are still being held up by old curtain holders.. It's putting the complainers and the I'll sue people first It's having incidents and not being talked to by the Area Director until you put up a 1 star review. It's vengeful Area Directors. It's shop power being shut off due to lack of payment..Corporate... It's letting their employees come last. -Company- It's the amount of lease violations I see just walking around. It's the lack of respect. -Area Director - It's lack of caring.- Company- This company has a problem. None seems to care about anything until they absolutely have too. Also the lack of communication. Denies the office manager Is caught in the middle of all of this.  She doesn't run a perfect place but she doesn't deserve half the crap she has to put up with. Just remember when your stuff isn't fixed most likely it's not her or the Maintenance preventing this, it's the higher ups.."

"I've lived here for three years and I love it, my apartment is roomy with plenty of closet space. It's quiet and when something need to be repaired management comes in a timely manner. The pool is always clean. Terri and John are the best. Love serene feeling when I go walking. Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. The units are well insulated so you don't hear the person next or above or below you. I have made this my home."
