"I was denied due to rental history but I provided rental history all the way from 2019. I was never even asked to send in my paystubs or anything, seems like they just wanted my application fee. I had to call to find out I was denied, they didn’t reach out to me. Very disappointed."

"I've been here for 7 years. So many different changes in the office. When New Management came along, I thought I would give it another year to see how things go before deciding to move. Especially since I feel completely comfortable in my home. After the experience I had today with the office manager being completely rude and disrespectful towards me, I'm moving when my lease is up. My husband and I have never been a problem. We do not bother anyone and we follow all the rules. We are peaceful citizens who like to live in peace. If we have to go to the office for assistance with something regarding our apartment, we expect to receive help, not to be treated nasty. I had to give a star to post so I will say the current Maintenance Manager & staff are very kind and I do appreciate the times they have come out to fix things."

"I had the most wonderful experience from carriage park apartments thee other day. It started with my a phone call Ms. Tracey picked up the phone. She was the most sweetest women ever she was so honest and funny. I enjoyed the laugh that when I got up I drive right over like she said. Once I arrived things got even more interesting lol. I walked in I was greeted by the most friendliest smile asking how are? And how she could help? I begin to ask are you Tracey? She begins to say I don’t know, it depends what did she do? Lol I instantly started laughing I was so late but I relied nothing she just told me to come in. She then relies back oh well then yes I’m her. Lol I was there for a like while filling out paperwork but she made it feel like a few minutes. The whole time I was there she made laugh her personality is to die for. Tracey begins making jokes about her boss how he doesn’t care about her she had me feelings sad only until her boss (Steve) walks out of the office right next to us laughing showing Tracey that he texted her to check on her. Lol it boiled down to Tracey phone was broke and not receiving text messages. Let me tell you guys I can go on and on for days about my experience but what I can tell you is that Steve and Tracey are the most wonderful people ever they light up a room and are very professional. The place is clean and it’s just great environment they also take section 8 (call and verify for your housing commission). My overall experience was awesome and I recommend going even just to meet Steve and Tracey. Thank you so much for the most pleasant experience especially in the world we are in now it good to see some people still have a good heart and are still kind. PS…… Heyyy Ms Tracey Samaira lol"

"I applied for these apartments and got rejected and the only thing I emailed to them was my paystubs and I’m at top pay at Chrysler so I have the income but they claimed I was rejected because of my credit score but I know it was never ran because it never showed up on my credit report! I guess they have their picks and choose on who they want to rent their apartment too! Oh yeah they made sure they sent out an urgent email to their other location Carriage Hills and told them not to rent to me as well for whatever reason! I wish I can give them a 0 star! Don’t rent this location go down to Carriage Hills where they’re more honest!"

"Ok. So last week I reviewed with 3 stars bc I was complimenting how nice and understanding the staff is here and I was preparing for move-in. I promised an update so here goes: STILL GOOD. I REALLY like the shower pressure! The balcony view over courtyard is really nice...AC/FAN work great...LOOK NEW and are not ugly like many others(updated and digital) they just put a new roof on my building and have many upcoming renovations. Anything wrong is SO minor that it doesn't even bother me...hallways are clean and kept up. I love the grey walls..they are JUST dark enough but NOT too dark..I was so sick of white! These pics show you exactly what I mean.....(my building is really quiet) and I really hope to spend a long time here...but I really hope I do not have to deal with what other tenants are speaking of(though most of these bad reviews are old)...bc I don't wanna leave for a long time!☺Management is doing her job well❤"
