"Been waiting a minute to get our bathtub resurfaced because the paint is chipping. The office says we have to wait until someone else’s tub is messed up before they call someone to fix it. Terrible. This chipped paint literally scratches me, that can’t be healthy."

"Take a look for the Dirty place,, they lie that it is remodeling while it is very old, the temparature in the appartement mow is 80 degrees and tge AC IS WORKING FOR MORE THAN TWO HOURS ,Becsuse the silly manager turned on the broiler last weak but she doesn't know how to turn it off in this very hot weather.. They get the highest rent cost for the worst services!!!!!!"

"I like Kayla and Rhonda and the apartment and it’s entirety. However, I have had 3 packages stolen and my cage broken into in the basement. Things just keep coming up missing. There’s no cameras or security so anything and everything can happen. Maintenance is extremely quick and the management is supportive and helpful."

"Moved to the apartments in June of 2019, the place has been nothing but amazing. Management was great. Always stayed on there A+ game. Made sure the property stayed looking beautiful. The renovations that were made are awesome. Honestly stayed there for 2 years and I highly recommend it. Had no issues within both years of living there. Felt very safe and apartment was very clean and reliable. Staff is great. Thanks you guys, keep up the good work there!"
