"My experience at Tuscan Manor is a great place to make your home. The apartment staff show's that their tenants are a priority by meeting their needs and the apartment complex are well maintained."

"Definitely not worth more than $800. The apartments absolutely need to be updated. (Old appliances, closets that fall over easily, half working fridges) Definitely take photos of everything before and after you move out of this place or you’ll have fees for things that don’t exist. Thankfully I did this and avoided a $400 fee for “stained” carpet. Utility bills are high year round ($300+ in the summer) and you’ll still be hot. There’s also a bus yard right in the lot behind the apartments & also a train that comes through very often. If you’re ok will all of this then this is the perfect place for you."

"I just moved my dad from Arizona to Michigan. He now lives in Tuscan Manor. The apartment was ready, cleaned, painted, new carpets and light fixtures. I was dealing with Teresa for about 6 weeks prior to move in and then Nicki. These ladies are so very nice and helpful. They have taken care of everything that we've asked right down to helping with information about transportation for my dad. I contacted them regarding a window and garbage disposal and maintenance was out the next day. Cupboards are outdated but these apartments have been around for a long time. I lived in these same apartments when I got married 50 years ago. So far, I would definately recommend."

"My husband and I lived in Tuscan Manor apartments for about 3 years and absolutely loved it. It was the first apartment we had together and we couldn't have asked for a better space. The management team were always very helpful and responsive. While we rarely had issues with the apartment itself, if anything did come up we always were helped within a timely manner. Our apartment was spacious, open, and the location is great. Very close to town but not too noisy, reasonably priced, and only two floors (so no having to walk up 4 flights of stairs to just get home). If you're looking for a good place to stay we couldn't recommend these apartments more!"

"I’ve lived in Tuscan Manor for 6 years and love it. The apartments are a good size, clean, no bugs, and maintenance come when needed to fix problems. Teresa and Nikki are awesome and make sure tenants are comfortable. I raised my family here and it is a true family oriented community. The location is convenient to Belleville Lake, O2BA daycare, Belleville HS and the bus stop is at the beginning of complex. The only traffic are the residents and we all overall get along and enjoy the pool link ups with our kids. No loud noise except in the day time kids laughing and playing."
