"The only reason why there’s a one star because the lady at the front desk was very nice and professional , me and my family was in the pool my brother was drowning so my sister threw him a raft, the manager came in screaming and threatening for no reason and cussing while there were kids. He does not deserve to be a “manager” with social skills like his. He had an attitude and came up to me multiple times feeling like he was going to physically hurt me. Not a place I recommend AT ALL ! Trust the hotel next door is better"
"The manager in charge is dishonest and charged me $75 in unauthorized fees. Their website says they are pet friendly but do not tell you they will charge your card with an incidental. I did not sign for this or approve any charges. I tried to reach management several times about the issue and my calls were never returned. They do not care about your experience. They just want your money."
"Well, I have not stayed the night here, but the entrance is always nice and clean and they do have a breakfast bar. I use the ParkandRide here because I cannot see paying more than $100 to park at the airport. They provide a shuttle to and from the airport, and are extremely nice. I have had a different driver every time but they have all been friendly and drive safely. Please be sure to tip these guys for the convenience of not having to drive yourself through the confusion of the busy airports."
"For the most part, I was pretty satisfied with this hotel all of the front desk clerks were very nice and friendly, especially Bridget and Kendall. However, the only one that was not very friendly and acted like you were bothering her when you asked a question was the person that turned out to be the general manager which was very disappointing. The breakfast was good, but I think they could offer a few more choices . The breakfast staff people were also very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The cleaning staff were also more than friendly. They could use some improvements on upgrades because some of the things were outdated. They also have a pool and workout room which was very nice The hotel is also in a pretty good location. Now if they would just get a better general manager, they would be close to perfect."
