Water's Edge Apartments

"I've only lived here for about a month now but I've had nothing but positive experience. My move in situation was unique in that I needed a place fast, and Rita in management has been nothing but nice and accommodating, rushing to get an apartment ready for us in time. The buildings are clean, the landscaping is kept up, you can tell that management and maintenance care about this place. I hope to continue having these experiences for a long while to come!"

"I haven’t been living @ Water’s Edge for long but would describe it as a welcoming quiet & quaint living community. So far my experiences with Management and Maintenance has been solid. While adjusting my footprint to the apt layout on move in day, like a drunken bird (yes look it up) I damaged the screen to the screen door and one vertical vinyl blind broke off. I was impressed how quickly maintenance fixed those issues. Even more impressive was that maintenance (Al) considered a suggestion I made to reroute water draining from the HVAC system to eliminate that constant presence of water dripping on concrete. He executed perfectly!! Having previously lived in a much bigger living community it’s reassuring to learn that while casually talking to management (Rita) about an apt number on one of the open basement storage units she actually knew the name of the resident without looking it up. I don’t get excited to write reviews but when things are consistently done correctly give them that flower!"

"Wonderful place to live! I am going on 3 years here at Waters Edge Apartments. I am a student at EMU, and this apartment was only a 10 minute drive to campus and had everything I was looking for in an apartment. Easy access to the highways, airport, campus, and any store I would need is located on Belleville Rd. No noisy neighbors, common areas are always clean, and maintenance is on top of everything! I have never waited more than a day to have my problems taken care of. All the staff is awesome! And its awesome to only have to pay for electric! Free heat, water, and parking!"

"The best appartment I have lived in. My girlfriend and I lived here over two years and were sad to move. Rita and the staff have made it a great stay. The apartment was nice, clean and spacious. Neighbors seemed quiet and stayed to themselves which was nice. Whenever a problem occured Rita was available to hear the problem and get things resolved right away. A definite recommend."

"Waters Edge Apartments has been my hidden gem! I have lived here for about 2 1/2 years and it truly has been home. I cannot compliment the staff enough for keeping the common areas clean, safe and accommodating. Any maintenance request I have made has been small and completed by the following day by the time I return home from work. The best part, there is no mess left behind. The property manager seems to genuinely care about keeping this property maintained and doesn't tolerate nonsense which is highly respected in my opinion. My neighbors have lived here for several years and that speaks high volume to their happiness being here. There isn't chaos in the hallways or in the parking lot. This is just a good apartment to live in for an outstanding price. Heat and water are also included.. My family will visit and always compliment about how quiet the building is especially being so close to I94. The location is fantastic. Belleville is really building itself up and Waters Edge is prime location to everything. I may not live here forever but I am so glad I found this location as it's been perfect for me!"
