"I have a locked mailbox to which no one else has access and I have had numerous packages be marked as delivered and magically just disappeared from my locked mailbox. The in house staff is great. However the post people are shady and rude. Im pretty sure they are thieves too. Unfortunately I don't control who delivers my mail or I'd be using a different post office."
"The mail carriers do not seem to care that they are dropping the packages at the incorrect number apartment door AS WELL AS the building number. Neighbor's aren't always friendly enough to bring you the mail that is supposed to be yours. I have been having too many issues receiving packages from this facility and I only just moved to town."
