Burger King

"This burger king in Paw Paw Michigan was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was so dirty that I was afraid to use it. There was toilet paper all over, and it was disgusting dirty. The dining area was just as disgusting dirty. The food was so bad that we ended up tossing it in the garbage after one bite. I had a chicken wrap, and it was like rubber. My husband had a chicken sandwich, and he said it tasted so nasty. We are so very disappointed and will never go there again."

"On the BK scale. Finally a fresh well made whopper and hot crispy fries. Pretty busy mid afternoon but service was only very slightly slow. I absolutely don't mind when the food is fresh and good. Never go to BK in my town, but I would go here again."

"Visited the Paw Paw BK drive-thru after 9pm on a Thursday evening. Waited a little bit longer than expected for my food, however, it was prepared exactly as I asked and it was piping hot. My best Burger King experience in a long time! Well done! Thank you!"

"I have gone to this location a handful of times and the staff is always friendly, efficient and professional. This honestly is the only Burger King I'll go to since they actually try and are considerate."

"We ordered our order on line at 2:15 pm, with a pick up time of 2:35. When we arrived, our order had not even been started. Not that big of deal. But when we walked in at 2:45 there were at least 3 employees up front and a manager. We stood for 5 to 10 minutes before the young lady at drive thru told us someone would be with us in a few minutes. We waited 10 minutes longer as they took and filled drive thru orders, and stood around speaking to each other. There were no other customers in the lobby. After more than 10 minutes, a polite young man came to help us. He asked when our order would be ready, and was met with a barrage of taunts and rude comments by both young ladies. They then accused us of not submitting the order. When my husband tried to show them our receipt/ his phone, both ladies snapped at him and just told him to wait in loud voices. The young man tried to apologize to us, and was again ridiculed by the two as the female manager simply stood aside and allowed this comedy to continue. After several more minutes of this, I remarked to one of the ladies that I have Andrew, an area manager’s number, and would contact him about our treatment as the manager on sight obviously didn’t care. At this, the young lady up front went into the drive thru and loudly mocked me with the other young lady. I was absolutely polite during this whole incident. The food we received was good, but I will NEVER enter this restaurant again, especially after this was allowed by a manager!"
