"Turns out my Mother did not qualify based on her income being $200 to high. This is not the fault of Water Tower Place however the customer service experience was not accaeptable. Process was long and musleading. After at least a month of waiting and expecting an apartment, just a week before she was told she could move in, It was determined her income was too high. Leaving my Mother to miss opportunities while waiting for this apartment."
"They have nice apartments but the manager Carole H. is something else. She’s rude, a smart alec, a know it all, and careless. I dread having to call the office praying that she isn’t the one that answers because I know she’s gonna have something smart to say before our conversation ends. She’s been that way since I signed my lease years ago."
