"I've been living here over a year now, let me just say, I'm very picky when it comes to a nice clean home and a good living environment. This place is it! Some of the home are a little outdated but they are neatly kept. The community is clean my neighbors are nice and respectful. The office people are amazing and so is maintenance, they are quick! Just as long as you cut your grass and keep your yard free of extreme clutter, you won't have a problem here. Thank you Highland."

"We moved in a few weeks ago and our experience has been all good. The office is very friendly and helpful. The park seems quiet except for a few loud trucks which you would have in any neighborhood. It's nice to see security driving around after dark. Maintenance has been friendly and quick to respond. All good so far!"
"This place has more restrictions than I have ever seen! They needed me to have current employment of 6 months even though i offered to pay the entire year up front. I then tried to apply as self employed and gave them bank statements and instead of telling me they needed more info, they cashed my application fee and in the memo wrote "incomplete app". Why would u take my money and not run my app??? So anyway I wait and build up the work history to apply again. Go to turn in my application with 6 months work history and they look at my pet records and say my dog isnt old enough! He needs to be at least 2 years old. So if you want to live here apparently you can never decide to buy a puppy. What a joke!"
