"I used to come here often. One day I gave the cashier a $20 and some change to cover the bill and get me an even $10 back in change. He kept the $10 and said I only gave him a $10 bill. He literally called me a liar to my face when I know I walked in with a $20. That was the last time I’ll ever go there. Just by his demeanor I could tell that wasn’t the first time he’d done it either. Bad business."
"I had a very uncomfortable experience at Tuscan. I rang two items up and wanted to take one of the items off and the owner refused to take it off my bill and said “don’t be so cheap” and charged me for the item that I didn’t want. The situation felt hostile, I will not be back. Poor customer service."

"Rude staff and they make up there own prices. Price tag said 17.99 and at checkout was told $21. When question he said price tag is wrong you still want in a rude manner. Did not feel I was a valued customer more like get out of my store. Also false advertising with price tags"
