The Villas on Fir Apartments

"This is a great complex! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that you are cared for. When I first moved in, Maverick went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect! My car wouldn't start and Zoë (assistant manager) called a friend to bring a jump box! She stayed with me until she was sure that I was okay. Any time that I have needed anything, they have been accommodating and helpful. The apartment is very nice with modern amenities that have been properly maintained. Mike and the maintenance team are topnotch and very quick in their responses. I have not had any major issues in this complex and I am glad that I chose this community for the past year."

However, I am happy to say that my perspective has shifted. This is largely due to the exceptional service and unwavering support of Mike and the maintenance team. Their efforts go above and beyond their titles; they make the Villas on Fir feel like a community, which has reminded me how rare it can be to find a place like this elsewhere. Mike and the team are not only the glue holding things together but also the heart and soul of the Villas on Fir. In addition to always being prompt, effective, and friendly, the whole property is kept up by this small team with exceptional quality. The interactions I've had with them have also been nothing short of wonderful. Overall, thanks to this team’s hard work and kindness, I feel completely at ease in my apartment and on the property. As long as they are here, I would recommend the Villas on Fir to anyone looking for a place to call home. "I rarely leave reviews but have really enjoyed it here since we moved in a few months ago! Staff is super kind and helpful and the apartment itself is great! Only downside is the electric bills are extremely high in price, but when I called the office about this they were very helpful in answering all of my questions about it! Honestly the quality of the apartment along with the staff, maintenance, etc. has truly exceeded our expectations. Love it here!!"
