"Been out here for over a year maintenance is amazing , Intercoms don’t work so that makes me feel less safe. but the complex manager is very rude and always seems so irritated."
"I grew up in this complex and I have a cheap and nice apartment. Karen is very nice and I plan on staying here for more years. I do recommend this complex. Neighbors are going to be Neighbors be lucky you have a roof over your head. I have a 3 year old autistic child that's very vocal and no complaints. It's cheap and affordable. Peaceful as well so far."
"Since everything is nice and peaceful people seem to be getting along more. Staff is helpful and works hard. Karen is doing a great job. I’ve been living out here for almost 4 years come December."
"I love my apartment however I would like to see them expand more with getting a play ground for the kids and more undercover police to control the drama and drugs out here. The staff needs to be improved and they need to upgrade all apartments."
"Do not move into these apartments they are over charging tents without fixing the apartments. We told the property manager numerous of times about a toilet with a leak. The Maintenance people came to my house and claimed they fixed the problem. After a year my roof fell thru. 2021 Need better places to rent."
