"Hope Vi tenants have stripped and destroyed my adjacent property, claiming that Hope Vi "rented it to them" and Hope Vi has refused to help or hear. On another street, Hope Vi tenants have made it Unsafe for me to even mow the yard. Benton Harbor is a wonderful city, but Hope Vi brings the Worst tenants to the block. You do not want this program, or their tenants, anywhere near you. They will destroy the property values, and pose danger and risk to the neighbors. Hope Vi is responsible to Articulate which property they are renting to their tenants, but they refuse to even discuss it: They have No legal right to rent my houses or lands to anyone else. But now I have a Mess. So Frankly: If this organization does not care about their damaging impact on the town: They should be shut down."
