"EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: There was absolutely nothing “courteous” about your call. And again- I’m not surprised there was no apology. Absolutely horrible company. Super disappointed in the treatment we received from Leizure World. We used this store for all of our pool needs, including purchasing a $4000 pool cover from them last year. When I called to ask if I could get on their schedule for a pool opening, the nice man who answered the phone said yes, they could open our pool in 1-2 weeks and that I would get a call back that same day to schedule a date to come out. Almost a week went by, so I called back during their open hours. Their phones were shut off so I just left a voicemail. A few hours later I received a call from a woman. When I answered and she told me who she was I said “oh hi, how are you?” She responded with a quick “uh yeah we’re not going to be able to open your pool this year.” I was a little surprised since I was just told they would be able to within the next 1-2 weeks, which I expressed. All she said was “well some things got stirred up and we’re actually booked out to July so we can’t help you this year”. No apology in the mix up, just an attitude which I felt I didn’t deserve. I’m pretty disappointed in the customer service I received, especially being a returning customer for the past 2 years, and we were going to go through them to put a pool heater in. We will definitely be going elsewhere from here on out."

"All the people at leisure world are so nice and so helpful. They seem to actually care about what you got going on. I never have felt like they were trying to push unnecessary products just to get another sale like some places I've been. They are always down to listen and give advice and do what they can to help. I appreciate them very much and will never go anywhere else as long as they are in business!"

"Awesome service and very knowledgeable. Ron and his crew know what they are doing and it shows! My pool has never looked better. The most honest and nicest pool company in the area. My lining was replaced by them last year and the process was easy and every detail was taken care of by Ron."
