"Ok so when I moved in ma house about a year ago my bathroom was in pretty bad shape. The floor was soft the pipes where always getting clogged and the toilet was cracked. Then management came in and remodeled the entire thing. Now I can actually take a comfortable bath! Seriously appreciate it!!"

"My Woman lives in one of there properties and they suck, she has a bathroom sink for a kitchen sink they wont replace it and the plumbing backs up sometimes and there would be poop everywhere they dont fix anything, last winter the heat went out and they didnt fix it for a while i thought shed freeze to death so i bought her a bunch of electric heaters but of course the circuit breaker couldnt handle it so we had to stay at my place for a while, theres mice nats and flies that come out of no where idk how they get in its crazy the floors always wet and they have the audacity to charge an app fee, plus theyre now selling the place so they pop up without notice trying to walk around and show the place man blue bay is a slum lord and you would have to be homeless and desperate to wanna stay in one of their places, i mean look at the "kitchen" sink! If you look close theres a nat on the soap smh i hate this place"
