"My wife and I moved into River Birch in January and it was such a smooth and easy process. We were moving across the country from Arizona and were able to FaceTime to tour the apartment and schedule a move-in date virtually. We arrived and couldn't be happier. The complex is still being built, but there is little to no construction noise and the parts that are built are done well. We are in a two-bedroom apartment and have had no maintenance requests so far and the place is upscale because it uses higher-quality appliances and fixtures to give it an elevated feel. Rent is competitive with other apartments in the area, they were flexible with us on our lease terms, a leasing office, gym, and pool are incoming, and it's in a great location. Definitely recommend living here if you're looking for a place to live!"
