"This place is a scam. They quoted me one price several times to get me to commit to a 15 month lease, when we get there to sign they quote me a completely different price at $130 more a month. There excuse? Our prices fluctuates from day -to-day based on demand. Have you ever heard of such a scam?"

"Great management and Mark in maintenance does a great quality job. Thank you Mark for another great snow removal this Sunday Mark just fixed our no hot water problem. Did a great job and fixed it quick."

"Not bad. Price is alright for the apartment itself, albeit there is little to no storage space besides the closets in the rooms (had a 3-bedroom). There is an arrangement to have an additional sun-room, but we were switched apartments last minute and did not end up getting the extra space. Maintenance is decent, air-conditioning definitely was not working up to speed for the whole year despite "recharges". Very fair with returning the deposit as well! Area is horribly ugly and not worth the price sadly, unless you enjoy the glorious views of a self-service car wash, the run-down lakes mall, and several half finished construction sites. This is less of an insult to Catalina and more of an insult to fruitport though..."

"The apartments were very well layed out. We had 2 different apartments at this complex. One was on the second floor and was 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, and a solarium. We also had a third floor with 2 bedroom, 2 bath, and loft. Both layouts had wonderfully large closets in both bedrooms, good quality flooring, and decent run of the mill appliances. The only complaint I had with the second floor apartment was that you could easily hear the people above you. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful as well."
