"I called Harmony Lake apartments home for a year. Great community amenities, and since it’s all new construction there were very few maintenance issues but the minor hiccups I experienced were all addressed very promptly. Management is very responsive to tenant concerns, and India does a great job of getting the word out about community activities. If I were to rent again in Muskegon this would be the first place I would look."
"The staff at Harmony Lake Apartments are commendable for their friendliness, and the location couldn't be more ideal. Yet, there's an area that urgently needs improvement for the convenience of all residents: the waste management system. Although we pay an additional fee for trash services, the current setup is far from convenient. The trash bins are situated on the opposite side of the complex, and rather perplexingly, there are two of them placed together. This arrangement compels many of us to drive our garbage across the complex, leading to the undesirable task of having to clean our car interiors afterward. Unlike other apartment communities that offer trash chutes or multiple waste disposal points strategically located, our system seems to lack this thoughtfulness in design. For enhanced ease and efficiency, I suggest a more accessible placement of trash and recycling bins—perhaps one of each type on both sides of the complex. This simple change would significantly elevate the living experience by alleviating the current inconvenience. Overall happy here at Harmony Lakes but this needs to be addressed."

"We LOVE living at Harmony Lake!! The property is lovely! The location is EXCELLENT! We adore the staff! We’ve also made a great group of friends through the apartment hosted events and hanging out in the hot tub, the clubhouse and fire pits!"
