"The waterfront view of White Lake is excellent. Eastbrook Homes, however, would not be my builder of choice. Tract housing with limited options at Custom home built pricing. What you think should be standard would be at an upcharge. I don't understand why they don't just price the homes with what people would normally buy. Many flaws also in their home designs."
