"The rooms were pretty clean until we looked at the beds, stains everywhere. When we mentioned it to the front desk manager all she had to say was that she was sorry. Also the pool was cold which was pretty disappointing due to the fact it was one of the main reasons we decided to stay here instead of go home right away."
"Good location. Room was good. Air/heat unit we could not find a comfortable setting. Value for the room was good. Breakfast could have been better relative to similar hotels."
"The rooms were very clean. But when I had to discipline my child and I spanked her. I had multiple employees out there. Yelling at me and then who called me and told me that I wasn't welcome back for disciplining my child. Because I was abusing her which I was not. She had locked me out of my car with her and my son inside so yes, I spanked her. That's why kids are so disrespectful these days."
"My experience was great here. Susan the General Manager was awesome. She honored my room location request and was very polite. When I come back this is where I will stay."
"Good service, beds were okay. The pool is for kids because of the height Max 4'. Our shower has mold and water stains. That's why I'm not giving 5 stars. It is very important not to have mold at any surface. Breakfast was really good. And, the lady who was attending the breakfast area was very helpful and kept everything warm and clean."
