"Inconsistent service. Buses aren't clearly marked with routes. Drivers often don't want to be bothered with answering questions. And I'm not talking about at length, customer servicey annoyance questions. They can't be arsed to answer a simple yes or no. I only bother with these guys because my employer arranged it so they're the only way back to the garage I'm assigned to park my car in."

"This driver in bus 545 took it upon herself to prevent me from parking during a trip on official business downtown. She was sitting eating a sandwich and saw me trying to park so she backed the bus up to keep me from parking, and then made gestures and began laughing as if she had accomplished some great feat. She had no business interfering as it was plenty of room and she was already parked (eating). The behavior she displayed was as just as ugly as she was. This is why we can’t succeed as neighbors, and citizens."

"This company trains their drivers to lie and say that they are city officials so they can get away with blockin and obstructing traffic. Their truck blocked my car for over 10 minutes and would not move. When I called to complain of course I get a very condensing response. If I ever know someone trying to use this company I would advise them not to. They’re employees will lie straight to your face, who could trust a company like that?"

"They hosted our family reunion in August 2017. It was great. My experience was fantastic from beginning to end. The ladies in the office are pleasant and helpful. The bus driver was cool, laid back, and played great music that my family song to along the way. The driver was very knowledgeable and was able to bypass all construction to make sure we stayed on schedule. He communicated with me the entire time. As a event planner I have high standards and they delivered in every way possible."

"This is a horrible business. Their drivers are incredibly negligent and are always driving in more than one lane, double parking in the street in downtown Detroit, or parking where they shouldn't and blocking people from getting home. I have almost been killed or injured multiple times by their negligent drivers. I just had another bad experience and tried to contact their office. After numerous phone calls there is no where to leave a message because all of their voicemails are conveniently full (presumably full of complaints like the one I was trying to leave). Thank you Quicken for brining this horrible company and all their problems to my front doors."
