"Remembered great service from city cab no nonsense and always on time, back in the day they had a great lady driver."
"My car was hit by one of their taxi drivers while parked on the side of the street and the entire process of getting in contact with the owner was way too difficult than it should have been. It’s been a little over 2 weeks and I still haven’t been contacted back."
"I got in the cat the cab driver didn't know how to explain to me why was the cab meter was going so fast cuz usually your trip where I pay $12 it was a $$18 trip and I went the exact same way I always go never going to call checker cab I refuse to use checker cab anymore I'm going to look into downloading Uber or Lyft because checker cab is not where it's at anymore you get right in and the meter starts at $2.50. And customer service there's a woman who answers the phone in the she speaks very little English and she gets very upset when you do not understand her broken English and then she tells you there's no cabs in your area at all that are available and then when you called back to check on your cab she gets even more upset her customer service etiquette is trash."
