If putting others lives in danger while doing your job is your thing be a cop. The most dangerous place to be is between a mother and her children. "Driver arrived one hour early for my medical appointment and became very huffy when husband asked her to return at properly scheduled time. Extremely rude, nasty attitude and very disrespectful. Took me to my schedule doctor appointment an hour from my home and after promising she would remain in the parking lot until I was done, she was nowhere to be found! I contacted dispatch who told me it may be up to an hour and a half to get a ride back from medical facility to my home. Sam, the dispatcher was incredibly nasty and disrespectful and said I was on my own. Daughter had to leave work to come out and get my husband and I. I understand ABC transportation merged with Dean’s transportation six months ago. The entire company is flawed. Ride your bike instead of using their services!"
