"Slipped and fell three times on a sheet of ice last night. You're lucky I didn't break anything or you'd have a lawsuit on your hands. It is NOT the residents job to to maitenance job and keep it clear of ice. Especially since old and disabled people live here. What an absolute disgrace. I contacted corporate already but wanted the public to know it IS NOT SAFE THERE."
