Granada Inn Motel

"This place is nasty they have bedbugs and have for years they do not care what people do there people party loud and keep people awake and the owners don't do nothing about it drug dealing going on in the rooms and out in the parking lot found dirty needles in the parking lot and the owner is very rude .. the place across the road is the same way and the one at the other end of to×n .. there's one good place in Kalkaska and thats the all season they are clean and very nice people.. do not rent a room at the Grenada Inn.."

"Don't book a room recently from this motel. We called to cancel twice and no one answered the phone. They subsequently ran the charge through my credit card card. i finally reached Christine, I believe , two days later and she promised to look in to it with the owner and get back with me. Never called back. I don't believe in paying for a service I never received, but apparently the owner at the Granada Inn Motel doesn't feel the same."

"Extremely small rooms. Smelled like they had painted SOMETHING in the bathroom (either tub, radiator, walls, door) all of it was fairly fresh painted, but the smell was horrid in the room. "Breakfast" consisted of cereal (cold) or a choice off of a tray of little Debbie type cookies or muffins. Was a pretty clean room, but unless you just need to sleep-this is not the place for you. No amenities at all. No pool, exercise room, nothing. Coffee only available in office area."

"We rented 2 rooms and wasnt able to get to our room until later in the evening. When we arrived we looked at our mattresses like we do at all the motels we stay at. The mattresses were completely stained and gross. Mattress covers also had a few stains. The shower drain in one room didn't work so you were standing in ankle deep water. When I tried to talk to someone in office the next morning a woman peeked through slots in a door and would not get someone for me to talk to. When I tried calling and talking to someone later the lady was extremely rude a day didn't care. She said a lot of people sleep on them and they can't stop the stains. I asked about the sheets and she said she'd have to look at room to see if I was telling the truth. I wasn't looking for a total refund but a least some compensation because we would of had to of paid full price anyway for the rooms if we went somewhere else. In which I did call other motels in area that evening because I didn't want to stay at the Granada but they were all booked. I WILL NEVER STSY AT THIS MOTEL AGAIN. IT WAS GROSS AND SMELLED TOO."

"Sheets and towels clean. Bathroom clean. Furniture and carpeting very dirty, worn, stained. Lighting inadequate. No outlets except at bathroom sink. Good size fridge. Outside of building dirty, crumbling. Would never stay again. If they updated photos, no one would stay."
