"Came here around 1 pm to buy a fitted for my husband and the gate was down but the lights were on. I sat on a chair nearby for awhile to see if anyone opened it but never did. I stood by the gate and yelled hello to see if someone was in the back before I gave up and left and nobody answered back. Disappointed. Macomb mall is always a let down."

"Friendly, helpful staff. Always some special sale or promotion event. You must remember, though; This is a specialty shop. Concentration in hats and accessories for sports organizations. Colleges, major league professional orgs. is their thing, and they are good at it. Seasonal, novelty, and specialty items IS NOT. Personalized cap embroidery added to any purchase, while you wait, is a definite added attraction, hard to find anywhere else nearby."
"Aaron and Ashley showed phenomenal teamwork not only in helping me select which hat (lid) - a process that took about 20 minutes of their time - but also in showing me how I can have it monogrammed into any initials or style I wanted. And even though the bobbin broke in the sewing machine (40 minutes), they still put a lot of effort into giving me exactly what I wanted. Which goes with their motto: any team, any time any where!"
