Kids Foot Locker

"Terrible experience at this location on Sunday 2/18/24 around 3pm EST. Please stop hiring immature children who think they are adults to do retail jobs. The little girl who told us she was the manger gave us the wrong name (of course she would) but after waiting to be helped for about 10 mins, while they stood there doing nothing. Not to mention no one greeted us whatsoever. She thought it was funny because we had to ask for help for the 2nd time . She also informed that if we didn’t like her service we could get out of her store. The 3 childish employees including the rude so called manger with her hair all over head obviously not caring about her appearance or her customer service, a very thin young girl with a nasty attitude, And a overweight guy with extremely tight pants on spent their time at the register laughing and giggling not helping anyone as If the customers were an inconvenience to them ! Kids foot locker needs to do better!"

"I ordered two pairs of the same shoes. The shoes were the exact same size also, I have two kids that wanted the shoes for Christmas. I only received one pair of the shoes... now I have to wait 4 days for FootLocker to do an investigation on what happened... it's rather annoying because I ordered two pairs and was charged for two pairs, for only 1 pair to show up at my door and now I have to wait for the investigation to be completed and hope that the other pair of shoes show up before Christmas... otherwise I will have one kid without the shoes they wanted... double check the quantity before shipping. I've worked in warehouse's where there is picking and packing, DOUBLE CHECK THE QUANTITY!!!! and they won’t answer the phone to help. Even going into the store is a joke too, the people that work there barely leave from behind the counter, if you ask for help it’s like you’re a bother to them. If you don’t like your job then find a different one! But to be in customer service, SALES at that! Act like you like your job! Without the customers, you wouldn’t have a job!"

"Chelle took the time to find a shoe that fit correctly and addressed our sons needs due to my sons foot being wide. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend her if you are having difficulty finding a shoe for a child’s foot! Thank you so much."

"I would never suggest this location to anyone. Went there with my 14 month old boy, out of all the shoes, I liked one style of Jordan’s a lot and wanted to get those for my son so I asked the girl if they have size 6. She brought the box and handed me one shoe, i put the shoe on my baby but when I stood him on the floor, he couldn’t walk because he was off balance. So, I asked her if I can put on the other shoe on my baby but she just totally refused to give the shoe. “We can’t give you both.” So I’m buying $59.99 Jordan’s for a baby who’s going to outgrow them in 2 months and the little man can’t even try a pair. She made me feel that me and my 14 month old are going to steal pair of shoes from her store. I had no choice but to give that one shoe back and just walk out. Never felt this embarrassed. What a Fuc***g way for doing business. Great job foot locker, my boy and I will never wear shoes from your store. Also, here’s a picture of the little thief who could not try a pair."
