"Had a return. If I wouldnt have had my receipt, would've gotten $15 extra in store credit as the item was no longer on sale. Return went well but I realized when I ended up purchasing additional items against my return, they didnt offer me to participate in sales promo they had going on. I exchanged one pair and got two spending additional money but felt a little cheated when I left. Honesty is best but getting a deal would've been much nicer!"
"Terrible workers. Went to get my 1 yr old shoes and none of the workers wanted to help let alone speak. The girls that work there are rude and do not help. Each and every worked besides the guy at the register was extremely rude. They do not need to be employed if that’s how they act towards customers. Wish I would’ve gotten the name of some of them. One with the long ponytail was the worst of the bunch."
"Decent variety of shoes but extremely overpriced. Wish they carried more variety of sizes in store instead of 80% of the stock being oversized men’s shoes and size 8/9 in women’s. Not enough employees around to help. Definitely needs a bell at the front register so employees know a customer is ready to check out."
"These are prolly the lightest shoes I have ever worn. Little of maroon in there w gray into the black works well. Passed on the black n white ones. They going to make me run as well. I am gonna get up n go!!"
"Unfortunately, this place has turned around(negatively). The employees were not around to help. Instead for 20 min they were(all 5 of them) having around the rear register, joking, and throwing things around, and just acting extremely unprofessional, they actually sent a toy flying through the air almost hitting my daughter while we were walking. I understand to enjoy your time at work, but to what expense? I received no help whatsoever. Based on the terrible experience at this location in the Macomb Mall, I would recommend you stay far away from this place. I will not be spending my money on anything at this established after my experience in the store today. 8/5. Hopefully upper management will reach out, so I can at least make them aware, but, it was rather unacceptable. Luckily, it afforded me the chance to try out champs again, and I found them to be extremely helpful, as well as professional."
